Common issues and how to fix them.
“Cluster Not Responding”
- Check if cluster is running
- Verify cloud account credentials
- Restart cluster from Clusters > Actions
“Workflow Failed”
- Check logs in Work Flow > Logs
- Validate YAML syntax
- Ensure dependencies are installed
“API Key Invalid”
- Regenerate key in Settings > API Keys
- Update in your scripts or CI/CD tools
“Connection Timeout”
- Check network/firewall settings
- Verify endpoint URLs
- Contact support if issue persists
