Common issues and how to fix them.

“Cluster Not Responding”

  • Check if cluster is running
  • Verify cloud account credentials
  • Restart cluster from Clusters > Actions

“Workflow Failed”

  • Check logs in Work Flow > Logs
  • Validate YAML syntax
  • Ensure dependencies are installed

“API Key Invalid”

  • Regenerate key in Settings > API Keys
  • Update in your scripts or CI/CD tools

“Connection Timeout”

  • Check network/firewall settings
  • Verify endpoint URLs
  • Contact support if issue persists
